Mr. Davis's primary
fields of practice involve civil litigation, collections, business law,
real estate, family law and wills.
Mr. Davis was admitted
to the Idaho State Bar in 2006. He graduated from the University of
Idaho College of Law. During his law school career, Mr. Davis served
as a committee chairman of the Ray McNichols Moot Court Competition
and of the Board of Student Advocates. In addition, he completed in
the Conrad B. Duberstein Moot Court Competition in New York in March
of 2006.
Prior to his attendance
at law school, Mr. Davis graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree
from Brigham Young University in the top 5% of his class. He received
an Associates Degree from BYU-Idaho, also graduating in the top 5% of
his class. He is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Thet Kappa honor
societies.
Mr. Davis is an
active member of the Eagle Rock Inns of Court.
He is a native of
Idaho Falls and attended Skyline High School. He married to the former
Brigette Stallings, with whom he has four children. Mr. Davis enjoys
running, weight training, basketball, golf, and spending time with his
family.
