Mr. Hall concentrates
his practice of law in the areas of workers compensation, mediation
with emphasis in domestic law, divorce and adoptions, and governmental
law. Mr. Hall has mediated more than 600 cases for the Idaho Courts
and has litigated more than 500 workers compensation cases.
Mr. Hall is a member
of the Idaho State Bar, Federal District of Idaho and the 9th Circuit
Court of Appeals.
While in law school,
Mr. Hall was a member of the Idaho Law Review, the University of Idaho
National Moot Court team, Phi Kappa Phi, and the Order of Barristers
fro excellence in courtroom advocacy. He obtained a Juris Doctor degree
in 1986. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young
University (cum laude).
Mr. Hall is the
former 7th District Bar President and has served on board positions
with the Young Lawyers and Workers Compensation sections of the Idaho
State Bar. Mr. Hall is currently on the Board of the Idaho Association
of Defense Counsel. He is also a member of the Association of Idaho
City Attorneys. Mr. Hall is the city attorney for the City of Ammon
and a prosecuting attorney for Bonneville County handling civil matters.
Born and raised
in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Mr. Hall is married to the former Debbie Bowen
and they have five children. His hobbies include water and snow skiing
and coaching youth teams.
