Mr. Tucker's practice focuses on collection, banking, bankruptcy, business, real estate, secured transactions and landlord/tenant.

Mr. Tucker is a member of the Idaho State Bar. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Idaho Law School in 1995. While in law school, Mr. Tucker was on the trial team sponsored by American Trial Lawyers and won best overall score at the Moot Court competition. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from Idaho State University graduating with high honors.

Mr. Tucker is a member of the Idaho State Bar Real Estate Section and the Commercial and Bankruptcy Section. He is past president of the Idaho Falls Bankruptcy Bar and Idaho Falls Kiwanis Club.

Before M. Tucker joined Nelson Hall Parry Tucker, he worked for Westlaw and IBM.

Mr. Tucker was born and raised in Idaho Falls. He is married to the former Annjennette McPherson. They have four children. His hobbies include baseball, hunting and fishing.
