Mr. Hall's practice
emphasizes on civil litigation, administrative law and appellate practice
with emphasis in personal injury, tot litigation, insurance defense
law, municipal and local government law and planning and zoning.
He received his
Juris Doctor degree in 1979 from George Washington University National
Law Center in Washington, D.C. While attending law school, Mr. Hall
worked for U. S. Senator James A. McClure as a legislative assistant
in the development of tax legislation. He completed his Bachelor of
Arts degree from Brigham Young University (magna cum laude).
Mr. Hall has been
active in the Republican Party, having held various county, regional
and national positions such as Chairman of the Idaho Republican party
and several national appointment including General Counsel of the Republican
national Committee. He served on the Idaho State Board of Education
from 2000-2009.
Mr. Hall speaks
Spanish.
He grew up in Idaho
Falls and has six children. Mr. Hall enjoys outdoor activities such
as golf, skiing, hunting and snowmobiling.
